“Front Page”: Read All About It!

 

Front Page was kindly mentioned on in Downtown Indy’s Midweek Peek — an excellent start to art this season.

 

From artnet about “Front Page”: “Every month, hundreds of galleries add newly available works by thousands of artists to [artnet] —and every week, we shine a spotlight on one artist or exhibition you should know”… this month, there are 14 artists you ought to know from this exhibit.

 

In Issue V: Generations of MORE Magazine, LSG shares insight from artists across generations - the birthdates for artists in the exhibit span 6 decades. In MORE Magazine’s publication, Paper Takes Center Stage.

 

LSG’s opening caught the attention of artnet—and shared it with their newtwork in their weekly email newsletter within opening week.

 

Nicole and Rhonda joined Jenny Walton and Polina Osherov from PATTERN Magazine - the spoke a bit about what it meant to curate and open Front Page. The full spread includes Q&A with several of the artists in this exhibit.

 

Inside Indy reporter Shakkira Harris interviewed gallery owner Rhonda Long-Sharp as Front Page prepared to open: “Front Page champions paper-made art by taking the fragility of the material and turning it on its head, daring viewers to confront its delicate power, that the medium is a fine art.” says Harris.

 

Constance Edwards Scopelitis sparked the interest of Absolute Living this Fall, where they highlighted all the places you can find her works currently being shown - including 4 works in “Front Page”.

 

Max Wing, Public Relations and Communications Manager of Downtown Indy, Inc., spoke with the FOX59 Morning Team Thursday about the upcoming events happening in October—sharing all about the Fall exhibit opening in LSG Indianapolis.
