Gathered

“Gathered comes from the Aurora series, which is a meditation on light, color, and our relationship to the natural world. Each collection of accordions brings together photographs of plant life – from houseplants to weeds to urban flower beds – that are digitally printed on long rolls of Japanese paper. These prints are then wrapped around bent steel armatures to create a series of lush, garden-like imagery that contrasts with the geometric accordion forms.”
