Year of the Horse

“This paper horse artwork emerged from an intuitive process, inspired by a hand-drawn symbol created during a meditative exercise using free hand movement, sound, and focused attention. The symbol, representing Divine Will, became the foundation of the piece, aligning with the spirit of the Horse — a powerful force capable of carrying us further and faster than we could go alone. It speaks to a balance between momentum and trust, where control softens and movement is guided not by force, but by alignment with something greater. Created as a personal response to the Year of the Horse, the work reflects both a celebration of this energy and a willingness to move with it, rather than against it.”
